摘要
在公民办幼儿园共建工作过程中,加强制度建设,以激励机制推动共建工作的开展加强示范引领;以专项活动带动保教质量的整体提升加强检查督导;以抽检评比形式促进园所的自我整改;加强师资培训,以多元培养模式带动各层次教师的专业成长等做法可提高共建工作的成效,使民办园逐步走上办园规范化之路。
In collaborative construction work of public and privatekindergartens,we should strengthen the system construction,promote the implementation of the construction with incentivemechanism,and enhance demonstration and guidance;promotethe overall quality of nursing and teaching through special campaigns,and enhance inspection and supervision;promoteself-improvement through random inspection and evaluation;strengthen the training of teachers,and promote the professionalgrowth of teachers at all levels through the diversified cultivationmodel.The aim is to improve the effectiveness of the collaborativeconstruction,so as to make private kindergartens gradually standardizedin kindergarten-running.
