女性角色对家族企业代际传承的影响研究

摘要 传承已经成为家族企业持续成长所面临的严峻挑战,为了实现传承过程中领导权的成功交接,大量学者聚焦于传承领域,但是传承问题至今仍没有得到有效解决。缺乏家庭视角的分析被认为是导致传承问题无法深入研究的关键所在。本文从女性的不同家庭角色入手,通过对已有研究的回顾,探析母亲、妻子和女儿这三种不同角色对家族企业代际传承的影响,其中涉及母亲对接班子女的教育以及母亲对接班子女的性别倾向;妻子角色在代际传承中的正面影响,以及带来的负面作用;女儿的接班意愿,以及女儿的领导管理能力在代际传承中发挥的作用。
