JCI标准要求医院招聘工作的多方参与和标准化,济宁医学院附属医院在JCI标准的要求下,对原有的招聘管理进行了优化,包括招聘流程制度化、招聘计划科学化、招募渠道多样化、选拔方式标准化、信息管理网络化、效果评价指标化。
JCI requests participatory and standardized recruitment management.Under the guard of JCI,Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical College optimizes original recruitment management,including the institutionalization of recruitment process,the scientific recruitment plan,the diversification of recruitment channel,the standardization of selection,the informationization of files,objective evaluation of recruitment effect.
