摘要
目的:设计建设适合医院的急诊专业系统,减少患者候诊时间,提升急诊工作效率及救治与管理水平。方法:分析急诊业务需求及业务流程,结合国内外急诊专业系统建设情况,设计适合医院的急诊专业系统。结果:设计并实现了急诊专业信息系统,包括急诊分诊预检系统、急诊医生工作站、急诊留观系统。结论:智能化的分诊预检系统,高度集成的急诊医生工作站以及完整的患者数据流大大提升了急诊科工作效率,更加规范了急诊业务流程,为数据挖掘也积累了数据。
Objective:The construction of the emergency system,reduce the waiting time of patients,improve the efficiency and management level of rescue and emergency work.Methods:This paper analyzes the emergency business needs and processes,and designs the hospital emergency professional system.Results:The emergency professional system,including preview check system emergency doctor workstation,and emergency observation system,are designed and constructed.Conclusion:Intelligent triage system,a highly integrated emergency doctor workstation and the complete data flow,greatly enhances the work efficiency of emergency department,standardize the emergency business process,and provides data for data mining.
