摘要
民居的本质是满足人们的居住需求。然而,随着时代的发展,传统民居建筑已无法完全适应当今时代的居住需求。因此,必须对民居建筑进行更新,以使其获得新的生命力,避免其走向衰亡。传统民居的演进与发展过程建立在建筑模式语言民居的建造体系基础上,建造出既统一又具有多样性,满足人们居住需求并适应地域环境的民居建筑。当今时代的条件已不适宜于民居的自然演进过程,民居的发展进入了一个停滞阶段。但若将建筑师融入民居的建造体系,便可发挥其在绿色建筑技术与建筑设计上的优势,进而更新民居的建筑模式语言,使民居的居住者与工匠共同使用一种民居更新的生态建筑模式语言,建造出既保持原有民居优势又满足当代需求的生态新民居。
The essence of vernacular house is to satisfy people’s resident needs.The traditional vernacular houses can’t adapt the needs of nowdays as our era getting progress and society getting advance.Vernacular houses need to be renewed,otherwise they would decline or vanished.The traditional vernacular houses’develop process is built on the building system of using pattern language,houses would be vital and region-adapted.But the conditions of today don’t adapt this process anymore.The development of vernacular houses stands still.If architects are involved in this process,they can take advantage of their green building knowledge and design ability to renew the vernacular houses’pattern language.And make it be used by inhabitants and local builders,to build the new ecological vernacular houses.
