摘要
目的探讨手外伤急诊处理结合皮瓣修复法治疗手部大面积缺损的临床疗效。方法选择2014年6月至2015年6月期间收治的80例手部大面积缺损患者作为调查对象。所有患者均以手外伤急诊处理结合皮瓣修复法进行治疗，回顾分析患者的基本资料及治疗效果。结果80例患者共移植皮瓣112个，110个皮瓣存活。2个出现皮瓣边缘坏死情况，并对该2个皮瓣进行再次手术后愈合。对患者进行为期1年的随访，患者自诉对于外观及手部功能恢复均较为满意。结论手外伤急诊处理结合皮瓣修复法治疗手部大面积缺损疗效显著，可在临床上进行推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of hand trauma emergency treatment combined with skin flap repair method for treatment of hand defect.Methods:80cases of hand defect patients during the period from June2014to June2015as the research object.All patients were treated with hand injury emergency treatment combined with flap repair method,review of basic data analysis and treatment the effect of patients.Results:80patients were transplanted flap112,110flaps survived.2occurred skin flap necrosis,wound healing and re operation of the2flap.After a period of1years of follow-up for patients,patients with the appearance of private prosecution And hand function recovery are more satisfied.Conclusion:Hand trauma emergency treatment combined with skin flap repair method in the treatment of large area defect of the hand,can be used in clinical application.
