摘要
目的观察优化急救护理流程对急性心肌梗死患者抢救效果的影响，为今后的临床急救工作提供参考。方法以本院急诊科于2016年1月至2016年12月期间接诊的80例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究样本，采用平行随机抽样法将其分为对照组与观察组各40例，对照组采用传统急救护理流程，观察组开展优化急救护理流程，比较2组的抢救时间、溶栓时间以及住院时间，并比较2组的恶性心律失常率、死亡率以及再梗死发生率与抢救成功率。结果(1)观察组的抢救时间、溶栓时间以及住院时间均明显小于对照组，具有统计学意义，P<0.05；(2)观察组的恶性心律失常率、死亡率以及再梗死发生率均明显小于对照组，观察组的抢救成功率明显高于对照组，均具有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论在急性心肌梗死患者的急救护理中采用优化护理流程，可以明显缩短急救时间，提高抢救成功率。
Objective:To observe the influence of emergency nursing process optimization on the rescue effect in patients with acute myocardial infarction,and provide reference for clinical care in the future.Methods:the emergency department of our hospital admissions during the period from January2016to December201680cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction as the research sample,using parallel random sampling method will be divided into control group and the observation group with40cases in each group,the control group used the traditional emergency care process,the observation group to carry out the optimization of emergency nursing process,comparing the two groups of rescue time,thrombolytic time and hospitalization time,and compare the two groups of malignant arrhythmia rate,mortality and the incidence of re infarction and the success rate of rescue.Results:(1)observation the rescue time,thrombolytic time and hospitalization time were significantly lower than control group,with statistical significance,P<0.05;(2)in observation group,malignant arrhythmia rate,mortality and reinfarction.Birth rate was significantly lower than the control group,the observation group the success rate was significantly higher than the control group,were statistically significant,P<0.05Conclusion:the optimized nursing process in emergency nursing of patients with acute myocardial infarction,can significantly shorten the treatment time,improve the success rate of rescue.
