摘要
目的探讨循证护理干预在妊娠高血压综合症患者中的价值。方法随机对我院收治的118例妊娠高血压综合症患者进行随机分组，平均分为2组，对照组59例患者行常规一般护理支持，观察组患者在此基础上，增加循证护理干预支持，比较2组的临床效果。结果观察组患者的临床总满意率93.22%（56/59)明显高于对照组患者的66.10%(39/59)，2组数据差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05);从其他指标来看，对照组的血压达标率和生活质量评分明显低于观察组，而并发症的总发生率却明显大于对照组，2组数据差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05)。结论循证护理干预在妊娠高血压综合症患者中的应用疗效确切，且能有效提高患者生活质量评分，减少并发症发生率，实现对患者血压的有效控制，值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention in value of hypertension syndrome in pregnancy.Methods:118cases of our hospital patients with hypertension syndrome of pregnancy care,according to the different nursing methods were divided into two groups,59patients in control group underwent routine nursing,patients in observation group were based on the increase of evidence-based nursing intervention,clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The total satisfaction rate of93.22%groups of patients with clinical application(56/59)was significantly higher than the control group clinical total satisfaction rate of the patients was6610%(39/59),the difference between the two groups of data significantly,with statistical significance(P<0.05)from other indicators;the control group,the blood pressure control rate and quality of life score was significantly lower in the observation group,and the total incidence of complications was significantly higher than the control group,the differences between the two groups of data were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing intervention in pregnancy hypertension syndrome patients in the exact,and can effectively improve the patients'quality of life score,reduce the incidence of complications,to achieve effective control of blood pressure,it is worthy of clinical application.
