摘要
目的评价平台转换种植体在上颌前牙区的应用效果,探讨平台转换技术对种植体周围组织的影响。方法上颌前牙区单牙种植患者55例共60枚,分为2组,平台转换组25例,共28枚Ankylos系统种植体;平齐对接组30例,共32枚Nobel Replace系统种植体。分别于完成修复后1年和2年,观察种植体周围骨组织情况,计算红色美学得分(pink esthetic score,PES),比较2组种植体边缘骨组织和周围软组织的变化。结果种植体修复1年后,平台转换组种植体边缘骨变化量为(-0.41±0.36)mm,PES为10.43±1.37,平齐对接组种植体边缘骨平均变化量为(-1.77±0.54)mm,PES平均值为9.21±0.97;2年后,平台转换组骨变化量为(-0.55±0.33)mm,PES为10.32±1.21,平齐对接组边缘骨平均变化量为(-1.82±0.61)mm,PES为9.16±0.95。修复后1、2年,2组的种植体周围边缘骨吸收量和PES差异均具有统计学意义。结论平台转换种植体在上颌美学区单牙种植修复能更有效保留周围骨组织及具有更佳的美学效果。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of the platform switching implants in maxillary anteriorregion,to explore the effect of platform switching technology on the surrounding tissues.Methods55patients with60single maxillary anterior implants were divided into two groups:platformswitching implants group(Ankylos),25patientswith28implants;buttjoint implants group(Nobel Replace),30patients with32implants.The patients received followup care more than1and2year after the final setting of the prosthesis,at which time periapical radiographs were taken.The marginal bone level around the implant and Pink Esthetic Score(PES)were measured for comparison.Results Theaverage marginal bone changes of platformswitching implants after1year and2year were(-0.41±0.36)mm and(-0.55±0.33)mm respectively;and the ones of buttjoint implants were(-1.77±0.54)mm and(-1.82±0.61)mm.The averagePES of platform switched implants after1year and2year were10.43±1.37and10.32±1.21respectively;the ones ofbuttjoint implants were9.21±0.97and9.16±0.95.There were significantly differences of marginal bone changes andPES between both groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Platform switching implant in the maxillary aesthetics area is moreeffective in preserving the surrounding bone tissue and aesthetic effect.
