摘要
针对宁波市轨道交通2号线一期列车正线运营时,由于单个客室车门门控器故障导致列车牵引封锁的情况,结合车辆电气原理图、门控器电气接口图、车辆中央控制单元软件逻辑及车辆与车门接口协议,分析其故障原因。此外,在不更改现有车辆电气线路的情况下,提出基于软件控制逻辑的改进方案,并组织试验,取得了良好的效果。目前已经在2号线一期所有列车上应用。
In view of train operation of the first phase of Ningbo metro line2,this paper discusses the train traction blockade caused by single compartment door controller failure.Taking into consideration of the vehicle electrical circuit schematic,electrical interface diagram for door controller,vehicle central control unit software logic and interface protocol between vehicle and door,this paper makes an analysis of the fault cause.In addition,an improved scheme based on software control logic is proposed,and good results are achieved without changing the existing vehicle electrical circuit.It has been used on all trains on line2fi rst phase at present.
