摘要
职业技能与职业精神是高等职业教育重要的职业因素,当代高等职业教育要求职业技能与职业精神充分融合。文章通过坚定理念、构建课程体系、渗透企业文化以及建设校园文化等方式探讨化工类专业职业技能与职业精神融合的方法,促进学生职业素养的培养,提高就业竞争力。
Vocational skills and professionalism are important occupational factors in higher vocational education.Contemporary higher vocational education requires the full integration of vocational skills and professional spirit.Through the firm idea,to build the curriculum system,penetrate the corporate culture and the construction of campus culture,etc.to explore the chemical industry professional skills and professional spirit of the integration method.Promote the cultivation of students'professional accomplishment and improve the competitiveness of employment.
