变频改造对电厂辅机安全性的影响分析 被引量:5

摘要 电厂辅机泵和风机在进行变频改造后的进行中,出现了一些设备故障,通过分析电厂变频改造实例,发现变频改造后的发电厂泵类设备容易出现一定区间内弯曲振动较大的现象,风机类设备容易出现轴裂纹、联轴器损坏和断叶片现象,设备上的滚动轴承还容易出现轴电流腐蚀现象。对上述现象的原因进行了分析,研究了轴泵弯曲和扭转振动,并给出了相应的预防和处理建议。 Pump and fan as auxiliary equipment in a power plant showed a fault during the operation after a frequencyconversion renovation.According to the analysis of such cases in power plants,faults such as large bending vibration inpumps,shaft cracks,coupling damage and blade breakage frequently occur for fans.Galvanic corrosion is often observed forrolling bearings in variable frequency motors.Reasons for these faults are identified by the analysis of shaft bending andtorsional vibration.Suggestions for the treatment and prevention of such faults are given in this paper.
