摘要
建立了土壤中21种有机氯农药的测定方法。使用加速溶剂萃取仪在80℃下,以正己烷—丙酮(V/V=5:1)混合溶剂静态提取土壤样品8min;提取液经Florisil小柱净化后以正己烷—丙酮(V/V=19:1)洗脱;气相色谱质谱法选择离子模式(SIM)测定。实验结果表明,三种浓度水平的加标回收率在82.6%~114%之间,RSD在0.70%~9.76%之间;方法检出限为0.1~0.5μg/kg。方法简便、快速、准确,重现性好,符合土壤中有机氯农药分析要求。
A method for determination of21organochlorine pesticides in soil was established by combination with accelerated solvent extraction,florisil SPE purication and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Soil samples were statically extracted at80℃for8min by accelerated solvent extraction with mixed solvent of n-hexane and acetone(V/V=5:1);The extracts were cleaned up on a Florisil solid phase extraction cartridge,eluted with mixed solvent of n-hexane and acetone(V/V=19:1),and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry in SIM mode.The recoveries at three concentration levels of82.6%~114%,relative standard deviation(RSD)of0.70%~9.76%and detection limits of0.1~0.5μg/kg were obtained.The established method had good reproducibility,and was simple,fast,accurate,and sufficient for the determination of organochlorine pesticides in soil.
