摘要
电感作为电感储能型脉冲电源的核心元件,其结构及参数直接影响脉冲电源的性能指标。电感设计的关键环节是获得最高的储能密度,Brooks线圈等高品质因数电感虽然具有高储能密度,但是由于在计算电感储能密度时,电感体积的计算方法不同,导致由给定材料绕制的Brooks线圈并不一定具有最高的储能密度。本文电感设计时基于空心平面螺旋型线圈,通过分析给定范围内的线圈参数,计算并寻找具有最高储能密度的电感。通过实验验证了该方法的准确性。最后,比较了该方法的寻优结果与Brooks线圈参数,验证了该方法在寻找高储能密度电感方面的优势。
Inductors are the core elements in inductive pulse power supplies(IPPS).Theirstructure and parameters directly affect the performance of IPPS.The key element of inductordesigning is to acquire the highest energy density.Inductors with high quality factors,such as Brookscoils,have the significance of high energy density.But due to different calculation methods of inductorenergy density,Brooks coils do not necessarily have the highest energy density.Therefore,this paperindicates that,for the inductor design,the air-core flat spirals of strip coils(AFSSC)should beconsidered firstly,and after the parameters traversal of AFSSC,the inductors with the highest energydensity can be calculated and found out.The accuracy of the method is verified by experiments.Finally,this article compares the optimization results of the proposed method and the Brooks coil parameters,and verifies the advantages of this method in enlarging the energy storage density
