摘要
我国高校篮球队已经走过了20多年的历程。通过高校篮球队的建立与发展,丰富了高校校园文化生活,同时也取得了一定的社会效益。虽然高校篮球队的建设与发展取得了可喜的成绩,但仍然存在一些不足。由于国家对于高校试办高水平篮球队没有统一的规定,各高校在建立与发展篮球队的过程中出现很多问题,高校篮球队能否持续保持高水平发展的问题亟待解决。为此,该文通过文献资料法、描述性研究法、经验总结法等研究方法分析了影响高校持续高水平发展的若干因素,揭露高校建办高水平篮球队过程中遇到的种种问题,旨在为高校篮球队能够持续保持高水平健康稳步的发展提供科学的指导性建议。通过对于影响高校篮球队持续高水平发展因素的分析与研究,能够为我们在建办高水平篮球队的过程中提供科学的理论基础与现实意义,更好地完善高校篮球队的管理运营及训练体制,制定出科学合理的发展战略与策略,使高校高水平篮球队能够持续保持生机和活力。
China's college basketball team has gone through more than and20years of history.Through the establishment anddevelopment of the college basketball team,the campus cultural life has been enriched,and some social benefits have beenachieved.Although the construction and development of college basketball team has made gratifying achievements,but thereare still some deficiencies.Because the country does not have unified regulations for the high-level basketball team,thereare many problems in the process of establishment and development of the basketball team in Colleges and universities,collegesand universities basketball team can continue to maintain a high level of development of the problems to be solved.Therefore,this article through the literature material method,descriptive research method,experience summary and other researchmethods to analysis some factors affecting the development of the sustained high level of colleges and universities,some ofthe problems exposed in building the high level basketball team in the process,in order to continue to provide guidance andadvice to the high level of science for the healthy and steady development of college basketball team.Through the researchand analysis of influence on the college basketball team continued high level of development factors,to provide theoreticalbasis and practical significance for the scientific process we are built to do the high level basketball team,improve collegebasketball team management and training system,development strategy and strategy to develop a scientific and rational,sothat a high level the basketball team in Colleges and universities can continue to maintain the vigor and vitality.
