摘要
目的:探讨超声检查在中西医结合治疗宫内组织残留疗效评价中的应用价值。方法:选取2014年8月-2016年8月我院收治的50例宫内组织残留患者,按随机数表法分为对照组(n=25)和观察组(n=25),对照组采用米非司酮片治疗,观察组采用米非司酮片联合乌金胶囊治疗,用彩色多普勒超声记录治疗前后宫内残留物面积,并比较两组治疗后的临床效果。结果:观察组治愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组宫内残留物面积明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合是宫内组织残留的有效治疗方法,而彩色多普勒超声检查具有方便易行、准确度高等优点,可作为其疗效评价的主要手段。
Objective:To explore the value of ultrasonography in evaluating intrauterine tissue remains.Methods:50cases fromAugust2014to August2016were divided into the control group(n=25)and observation group(n=25)according to the random digitaltable.The control group took mifepristone tablets;the observation group was treated with the Wujin capsule more.The area of intrauterineresidue was recorded before and after treatment with color doppler ultrasonography.Clinical effects in the groups were compared.Results:The cured in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The area of the intrauterine residue inthe observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrative medicine is an effectivetherapy for intrauterine tissue remnant;and color doppler ultrasonography has the advantages of convenience and high accuracy,and can beused as the main means of evaluating curative effects.
