摘要
目的:评价根据经络辨证理论而行的穴位按摩对产后缺乳产妇的作用效果,并且分析其作用机制以期为临床广泛开展提供科学依据,以提升我国的母乳喂养率。方法:将符合纳入排除标准的60例剖宫产产妇随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组产妇予以产科术后常规护理,指导产妇母乳喂养,进行产后健康宣教;试验组产妇在对照组的基础上根据经络的辨证分型选取相关穴位进行按摩,1次/d,连续5 d。干预后于次日上午8︰00对两组产妇的泌乳量、乳房充盈度、乳汁的浓稠度、乳汁淤积程度进行评分,出院当天上午进行总体疗效的评定及安全性评定。结果:研究第1天产妇各项评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究第2~5天试验组泌乳量、乳房充盈度、乳汁淤积程度评分均低于对照组,乳汁黏稠度到第5天差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于经络辨证的穴位按摩可以有效改善剖宫产术后患者的缺乳症状,在促进乳汁分泌,提高乳房充盈度,降低乳汁淤积程度上疗效显著,但对于提高乳汁黏稠度临床效果一般。穴位按摩疗效确切、显效快,安全无痛,产妇满意度高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of acupoint massage based on meridian differentiation theory in treating postpartum hypogalactia.Methods:A total of60patients with postpartum hypogalactia were randomly divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).Patients in the observation group were treated by the acupuncture point massage based on meridian differentiation theory while those in the control group only by routine nursing including the propaganda of breast feeding and health education.Then the time and volume of lactation and the efficiency were compared.Results:There was no difference between the two groups on the first day(P>0.05).The scores of the volume of lactation,breast filling degree and sediment degree of patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group during the second to the fifth day of treatment,the difference of the consistency was of statistical significance on the fifth day(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of acupoint massage based on meridian differentiation theory was significant in treating postpartum hypogalactia,which was worthy of clinical promotion.
