摘要
蒽醌法过氧化氢生产废水的处理方法主要有膜处理法、减压蒸馏法和过氧化氢催化氧化法。其中,国内较为常用的是过氧化氢催化氧化法。基于此,本文主要对国内过氧化氢生产厂家的废水处理工艺进行研究,以期为其他生产厂家处理该类废水提供参考。
The treatment methods of hydrogen peroxide wastewater by anthraquinone process are three methods:membrane treatment,vacuum distillation and hydrogen peroxide catalytic oxidation.Among them,the commonly usedmethod is catalytic oxidation of hydrogen peroxide.Based on this,this paper mainly studied the wastewater treatmentprocess of domestic hydrogen peroxide manufacturers,in order to provide reference for other manufacturers to dealwith such wastewater.
