摘要
当与聚合物载体共混后,由于聚合物的包覆作用,水溶性分散相从共混物中释放的速率大大降低。共混物的制备工艺是影响分散相在聚合物基体内分散状态的关键因素,同时分散状态又对分散相水溶过程有着直接的影响。利用自制同向全啮合间歇式混合器,从转子转速、混合时间和转子结构三个方面入手,研究制备工艺对水溶性分散相在聚合物基体中的分散状态及分散相水溶过程的影响,从而为实现对水溶性分散相释放速率的控制提供一定的理论支撑。
Blending with the polymer matrix,the rate of release of the water-soluble dispersed phase from the mixture iseffectively reduced due to the coating effect of the polymer.The preparation process of the mixture is one of the key factors whichaffect the dispersive state of the dispersed phase in the polymer matrix.Meanwhile,the dispersive state has a direct effect on thewater-solution process of the dispersed phase.A series of experiments were done to study the effects of preparation process on thedispersive state and the water-solution process of the water-soluble dispersed phase in the mixture by using a self-made co-rotatingintermeshing batch mixer.The preparation process considered herein include rotor speed,mixing time and rotor structure.The resultsobtained is helpful to provide the theoretical support for the control of the release rate of the water-soluble dispersed phase.
