摘要
目的:探讨盆腔治疗仪治疗女性盆腔功能障碍的效果。方法:收治女性盆腔功能障碍患者96例,随机分成治疗组与对照组。治疗组采用盆底康复仪治疗,对照组采用盆腔肌肉锻炼,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组肌张力治疗效果、子宫脱垂与性生活质量改善程度明显优于对照组。结论:盆腔治疗仪治疗女性盆腔功能障碍的效果显著。
Objective:To explore the effect of pelvic floor therapeutic apparatus on prognosis of female pelvic dysfunction.Methods:96patients with female pelvic dysfunction were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with pelvic floor therapeutic apparatus.The control group was treated with pelvic muscle exercises.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the treatment effect of muscle tension,improvement degree of uterine prolapse and sexual quality of life were significantly better than those of the control group.Conclusion:The effect of pelvic floor therapeutic apparatus on prognosis of female pelvic dysfunction was significant.
