摘要
目的:分析2012-2014年我院住院患者应用麻醉药品情况。方法:回顾性分析2012-2014年我院住院患者应用麻醉药品的具体情况,评价麻醉药物应用的合理性。结果:3年中,DDDs占前3位的是芬太尼注射液、盐酸布桂嗪注射液、盐酸哌替啶注射液,DDC占前3位的是盐酸羟考酮控释片、芬太尼贴、硫酸吗啡缓释片。所用麻醉药品的DUI均在1.0以下。结论:我院住院患者麻醉药品的应用基本合理,但还有一些需要改进的地方,仍需进一步加强监管,使麻醉药品的临床应用更为合理。
Objective:To analyze the application of narcotic drugs in inpatients in our hospital from2012to2014.Methods:We made a retrospective analysis of the application of narcotic drugs in inpatients in our hospital from2012to2014,and evaluated the rationality of the application of narcotic drugs.Results:At the three years,the top three of DDDS were fentanyl injection,bucinnazine hydrochloride injection,pethidine hydrochloride injection,the top three of DDC were oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets,fentanyl patch and morphine sulfate sustained-release tabelets.The DUI of narcotic drugs used were below1.0.Conclusion:The application of narcotic drugs in inpatients in our hospital was basically reasonable,but there were still some areas need to be improved,still need to further strengthen the supervision,so that the clinical application of narcotic drugs can be more reasonable.
