摘要
中国石油华北油田公司建设煤层气开采先导试验基地的总目标是建成一个煤层气开发的新技术研发基地,以逐步形成具自主知识产权的煤层气开发关键技术和配套技术体系。试验基地运行几年来围绕煤层气开发典型问题开展实验研究,取得了丰硕的创新成果,具体包括:开发无杆水力排采新工艺,解决煤层气排采过程中偏磨、灰堵、变幅窄难题;自主开发软件解决了采气、集气线结液点精确定位问题;优选高压变频节能技术,实现节能增输;实验研究促使KCl科学使用,界定了HRS强氧化剂使用范围;建立了煤岩可改造性评价指标体系等,充分发挥了试验基地的技术支撑作用。针对目前试验基地运行存在的具体问题,从机构编制、支撑条件、招才引智、自主创新等方面提出了解决方案。
The general objective of the pilot experiment base for CBM production,constructed by PetroChina Huabei Oilfield Company,is to build itself into a research and development for new CBM development technology and establish a system of key technologies for CBM development with independent intellectual property.The experiment base has made a study of typical issues related to CBM expulsion and production in the past few years,with a series of innovative results achieved.They include development of a new process for rod-free hydraulic expulsion and production to solve the bottlenecks of CBM production process such as shoulder wear,ash plugging and narrowing of variable amplitude,independent development to precisely locate the liquid junction points of CBP pipelines,optimize high-pressure variable frequency energy-saving technology to bring about energy-saving incremental transportation,experiment of KCl application to define the usage scope of HRS strong oxidizing agent,and establishment of coal rock transformable index-appraising system to bring technological role of the experiment base into full play.The article also puts forward solutions to the current operational issues of the experiment base in the aspects of organization structure,supporting conditions,attraction of talents,and independent innovation.
