摘要
农业是我国的命脉所在，习近平总书记近些年来始终对农业的重要性进行强调，新农业的建设在很大程度上是的我国的农业发展变得更加健康而富有效率，但是新农业的发展过程中也存在着一定的问题，本文将对新农业小型农田水利建设的现状以及存在问题的解决对策进行较为详细地分析与探讨。
