摘要
在铝型材挤压生产过程中,挤压速度对挤压产品质量、模具寿命和生产效率具有很大的影响。通过对铝棒梯度加热与模具液氮冷却工艺进行比较试验,分析了两种工艺对铝型材出料口温度及挤压速度的影响,验证两者相结合的可行性及应用效果。
Extrusion speed has a great influence on the quality of the extrusion product,the service life of the mould and the produc?tion efficiency during production of aluminum profiles.Compared to the test of gradient heating for aluminum bar to the liquid nitro?gen cooling technology for die,the effect of gradient heating of aluminum rod combined with liquid nitrogen cooling process on alu?minum extrusion speed are analyzed.And feasibility and application effect of combination of the two factors are verified.
