摘要
该文运用文献资料、描述性研究等方法,研究了在市场化环境下影响我国足球可持续发展的因素,分析出以下结果:政府干涉过多,严重影响足球运动的发展;后备人才短缺,青少年选手素质低;足球法律、法规不健全;基层教练自身素质不高,足协对青少年球员投入过少。针对以上影响因素,得出以下对策与建议:转变足协职能,充分发挥市场的作用;扩大足球普及程度,建立后备人才培养新模式;以校园足球为契机,大力发展学校足球,使足球回归教育;完善我国足球后备人才竞赛体系;政府和足球管理机构提供足球公共产品;逐步建立科学的足球后备人才选拔机制;加强教练员培训工作,深化岗位培训工作以期为我国足球可持续发展提供有价值的参考。
In this paper,using literature data,descriptive research method,research the factors in the market environment affected the sustainable development of soccer in China,analysis the following results:too much government interference,seriously affect the development of football;reserve talents shortage,low quality of youth football;the rule of law,the law is not perfect;the basic quality of coaches the Football Association of young players,too little investment;in view of the above factors,the following countermeasures and suggestions:changing the functions of the Football Association,give full play to the role of the market;to expand the popularity of football,the establishment of the new training mode of talents to back;as an opportunity to vigorously develop the campus football,school football,the football return to education;improve our football talents competition system;government and football management institutions to provide football public products;gradually establish scientific football talents selection machine To strengthen the training of coaches,deepen the work of training in order to provide a valuable reference for the sustainable development of China's football.
