摘要
目的:对肿瘤患者应用中药参芪扶正注射液对放化疗毒副反应减轻作用进行评价分析。方法:收集2015年1月—2016年8月在我院接受治疗的72例肿瘤患者进行分析,把所有研究对象分成两组,其中对照组予放化疗治疗;联合组予中药参芪扶正注射液以及放化疗联合治疗,记录和比较两组患者治疗总有效率、临床肿瘤患者毒副反应状况以及生活质量状况。结果:联合组患者的治疗总有效率、临床肿瘤患者毒副反应状况以及患者的生活质量状况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:肿瘤患者应用中药参芪扶正注射液进行治疗可以减轻放化疗产生的毒副反应,减少患者的痛苦,有利于康复,提高患者对临床治疗工作的信任度,值得推广。
Objective:To analyze clinical effects of the Shenqi Fuzheng injection on the side effects of radiotherapy andchemotherapy.Methods:A total of72patients in our hospital from January2015to August2016were analyzed and divided into twogroups.The control group was treated by radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The combination group was given the Shenqi Fuzheng injectionmore.Results:The total efficiency,toxic side effects,life quality of the patients in the combination group were better than those in thecontrol group,with a statistically significant difference,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Shenqi Fuzheng injection on tumor can relieve the sideeffects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,reduce the pain,is conducive to patients'rehabilitation,can improve patients'confidence inclinical treatment,and is worthy of promotion.
