摘要
目的:探讨血府逐瘀汤治疗糖尿病合并不稳定性心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法:108例糖尿病合并不稳定性心绞痛患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,均54例。对照组用常规治疗,观察组加服血府逐瘀汤加减治疗。结果:观察组症状疗效及心电图疗效与对照组比较,均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气化痰祛瘀法治疗不稳定性心绞痛疗效满意。
Objective:To investigate clinical effects of the Yiqi Huatan Quyu therapy on unstable angina pectoris.Methods:108patientswith diabetes mellitus with unstable angina were divided into the control group and observation group,54cases in each group.Thecontrol group was treated by conventional therapy;and the observation group was treated with the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction more.Results:The effects of symptom and electrocardiogram in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yiqi Huatan Quyu therapy is effective on unstable angina.
