右美托咪定复合瑞芬太尼和七氟醚在老年全身麻醉患者中实施对血流动力学的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探究在老年患者中应用右美托咪定复合瑞芬太尼和七氟醚实施全身麻醉对血流动力学的影响。方法 86例行全身麻醉手术的老年患者,随机分为DEX组和对照组,各43例。DEX组采用右美托咪定复合瑞芬太尼和七氟醚方案,对照组采用丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼和七氟醚方案,比较两组用药前(T0)、气管插管前(T1)、气管插管后(T2)、术中(T3)和拔管时(T4)的心率(HR)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)和心排血量(CO)等血流动力学指标。结果 T1时两组的SBP、DBP和HR均显著低于T0,T2时两组HR显著高于T0,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);DEX组T1时CO与T0比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。DEX组T2、T3和T4时的SBP、DBP和HR显著低于对照组,CO显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年患者中应用右美托咪定复合瑞芬太尼和七氟醚实施全身麻醉,与应用丙泊酚相比,血流动力学的影响较小,在气管插管和拔管时血流动力学指标更为稳定。
