摘要
在阐述新疆草地资源社会与经济、多样性和脆弱性等区域特色的基础上,本文分析了合理草地资源的利用和保护对少数民族草学人才需要的迫切性。同时,本文还进一步结合新疆农业大学草学本科、硕士和博士三个培养层次少数民族学生在族别和规模上的培养现状,讨论了新疆草学专业少数民族高等教育在培养规模、质量和专业思想上存在的问题。最后,本文从教育理念、教育层次、教育模式、教育制度与政策方面对现存的问题提出了发展对策。
In this paper,based on the regional features of society,economy,diversity,vulnerability,we analyze that we need the minority intelligence in the field of grassland science urgently to use and protect grassland rationally.At the same time,we further discuss the problems existed in training scale,student quality and professional ideas of minority higher education on grassland and science students,according to the educational status of scale and nationality from undergraduate students,graduate student to doctoral students in Xinjiang.Finally,this paper put forward the development strategy which to figure out the existed problems from the aspects of education idea,education level,education mode,education systemand policy.
