摘要
目的:探讨快速康复外科理念在胃癌患者围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法:收治胃癌患者60例,分为观察组与对照组,各30例。分别采用快速康复外科理念与常规护理。结果:观察组患者术后排气时间、排便时间、切口愈合时间、住院时间均少于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复外科理念在胃癌患者围手术期护理中的应用有利于促进患者术后康复,术后并发症发生率低。
Objective:To investigate the effect of fast track surgery in perioperative nursing of patients with gastric cancer.Methods:60patients with gastric cancer were divided into the observation group and the control group,with30cases in each group,then they were given concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery and conventional nursing respectively.Results:The postoperativeexhaust time,defecation time,wound healing time and hospitalization time of the observation group were lower than those of thecontrol group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that inthe control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of fast track surgery in the perioperative nursing care of patients with gastriccancer is helpful to promote postoperative recovery,with low incidence of postoperative complications.
