摘要
目的:分析局部进展期结肠癌患者经腹腔镜结肠癌根治术治疗的临床效果。方法:收治局部进展期结肠癌患者84例,随机平分两组。研究组给予腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组给予开腹手术治疗;对比两组术后进食时间、术后排气时间、术中出血量与不良反应发生率。结果:与对照组相比,研究组术后进食时间、术后排气时间、术中出血量明显更优;与对照组相比较,研究组局部进展期结肠癌患者的不良反应发生率明显更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:局部进展期结肠癌患者经腹腔镜结肠癌根治术治疗的临床效果十分显著。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer in patients with locallyadvanced colon cancer.Methods:84patients with locally advanced colorectal cancer were selected.They were randomly dividedinto the two groups on average.The study group was treated with laparoscopic surgery.The control group was treated withlaparotomy.The postoperative feeding time,postoperative exhaust time,intraoperative blood loss and incidence of adverse reactionswere compared between groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the postoperative eating time,postoperative exhaust time,intraoperative blood loss of the study group were significantly better.Compared with the control group,the incidence of adversereactions in patients with colon cancer in the study group was significantly lower,and the differences were statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer in the treatment of patientswith locally advanced colon cancer is very significant.
