摘要
目的:探讨不同麻醉方法在高龄患者腹腔镜直肠癌根治术中的效果。方法:收治行腹腔镜直肠癌根治手术高龄患者98例,随机分为对照组和观察组,观察组采用硬膜外阻滞复合全身麻醉,对照组采用全身麻醉,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组气腹后血压和并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在高龄患者腹腔镜直肠癌根治术中应用硬膜外阻滞复合全身麻醉的效果显著。
Objective:To explore the effect of different anesthesia methods in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic radicalresection of rectal cancer.Methods:98elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The observation group was given epidural blockcombined with general anesthesia.The control group was given general anesthesia.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the blood pressure after pneumoperitoneum and complication rate were lower than the controlgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of epidural block combined with general anesthesia in elderly patients undergoinglaparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer was significant.
