摘要
目的:探讨中医特色护理干预对肛瘘术后疼痛的疗效。方法:将60例肛瘘术后患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规护理,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予中医特色护理干预,观察两组患者术后的疼痛情况。结果:治疗组疼痛明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对肛瘘患者采用中医特色护理能够明显减轻患者的术后疼痛,提高满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective:To investigate efficacy of the TCM nursing on pain after analfistula operation.Methods:60patients wererandomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing;andthe treatment group was given the TCM nursing more;efficiency in2groups were compared.Results:The pain in the treatment group wasobviously lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The TCM nursing on pain after analfistula operation can significantly reduce the postoperative painof patients,improve the degree of satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
