摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法:将82例2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,均41例。对照组予二甲双胍、瑞格列奈治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加服益气养阴方治疗。结果:两组治疗前FBG、2hPG和HbA1c相比较,无显著差异(P>0.05),两组治疗后FBG、2hPG和HbA1c比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组有效率比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病效果显著。
Objective:To observe efficacy of the integrative medicine on type2diabetes.Methods:82patients were randomly dividedinto the control group and observation group,41cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin and repaglinide.Theobservation group was treated with the Yiqi Yangyin prescription more.Results:There was no significant difference in FBG,2hPG and HbA1c between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The FBG,2hPG and HbA1c in the observation group were better than the controlgroup(P<0.05).The total efficiency in the observation group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrative medicine on type2diabetesis significantly effective.
