摘要
目的:评价妇科千金胶囊对湿热瘀阻型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的临床疗效及用药安全性。方法:选取2013年12月-2014年8月就诊的盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者共216例,患者随机分为观察组与对照组,其中观察组161例给予妇科千金胶囊治疗,对照组54例给予金鸡胶囊治疗,脱落1例。观察两组治疗后盆腔疼痛、包块积液、体征症状、中医证候的改善情况等。结果:观察组患者(74.54%)治疗显效率明显优于对照组(59.26%),且中医证候积分、局部体征积分、盆腔积液、盆腔包块等指标均优于对照组且无任何明显不良反应,治疗效果明显,与对照组对比差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:妇科千金胶囊用于盆腔炎性疾病后遗症治疗可有效改善临床症状,提升治疗疗效,效果显著,值得推广。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the Fuke Qianjin capsule on the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:A total of216patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Among them,161patients were treated with the Fuke Qianjin capsule,and54cases in the control group were given the Jinji capsule treatment,shed1case.Results:The efficiency of treatment group(74.54%)was significantly better than that of the control group(59.26%),and the TCM syndrome score,local signs,pelvic fluid,pelvic mass and so on were better than the control group,and no obvious Adverse reactions,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Fuke Qianjin capsule for the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae can effectively improve the clinical symptoms.
