摘要
结合Minitab软件,在分布函数线性化的基础上应用最小二乘估计法将橡胶密封皮碗使用时限数据用不同分布去拟合,在满足显著性水平的条件下选取相关系数最大的作为寿命分布模型,并在此基础上对密封皮碗进行可靠性分析,该方法可为飞机装备维修过程中皮碗更换时机的确定提供一定的理论依据。
Based on distribution function linearization,rubber sealing cup lifetime data is fitted by different distribution with method ofLS estimator using Minitab software.Under the level of significance condition,life distribution model is chosen when the correlation ismaximum.And on this basis,the reliability of sealing cup is analyzed.This method can provide some theoretical basis for the timing toreplace the sealing cup in aircraft equipment maintenance process.
