裂后预应力混凝土梁力学性能分析

摘要 为了研究预应力混凝凝土梁开裂后的力学行为,本文以我国桥梁建设中30m预应力混凝土T梁为研究原型,采用ANSYS中三维弹塑性实体solid65单元建立了预应力T梁从开始受荷至结构破坏全过程进行非线性有限元模型,获取了预应力T梁加载全过程的变形、应变、裂缝等结构响应规律,分析了开裂后预应力T梁的力学特性。计算结果表明:有限元模拟结果和试验结果符合较好,同时也探索了适合实桥有限元仿真计算的方法。 To study the mechanical properties of the prestressed concrete T beam after cracking,combined with the actual situation ofthe bridge construction in our country,this paper selects30m prestressed concrete T-beam as the prototype,which is in common use in thehighway bridge construction.It is based on prestressed concrete finite element theory and adapt the elastic-plastic three-dimensionalphysical space finite element method to study the nonlinear static simulation analysis of the real bridge under the three point loading way.Itpoints out structure response law of development of the whole bridge loading process such as the deformation,strain,cracking and analyzesthe mechanical characteristics of the bridge and failure mechanism.The calculating results show that the conclusion by using ANSYSsimulation and test results are not only in good conformity,but also explore the finite element simulation method for the real bridge andprovides a reference to the carrying capacity analysis of the same bridge.
