一种基于有限元分析的碎米分离机设计

摘要 为了满足人们日益增长的对食品品质的需求,设计一种碎米分离机。该机器以连杆机构加振动筛为碎米分离方案,对碎米进行分离。设计过程中分别对振动筛的极限位置进行理论分析,对主要连杆通过加约束和载荷来进行有限元分析,以确定其变形参数和应力分布情况。结果显示连杆加载后的变形在合理范围内,应力不超过所选用材料的许用强度的结论,证明该碎米分离机的设计合理有效。 In order to satisfy people's demand of food,a separate machine of rice and fragment is designed援Scheme on separate of riceand fragment is link and oscillating screen援In the process of design,the limit position of oscillating screen is analyzed,the finite elementanalysis of main link is done by exerting the restrain and loading on it to ascertain deformation and stress援The result shows that thedeformation is in reasonable range after loading,the stress is less than allowable intensity of material援It can be proved that the separatemachine of rice and fragment is reasonable援
