摘要
OA系统的推广和发展为高校文档工作实现数字化管理新机制提供了便利和支持,既对提升效率、优化流程产生了积极的影响,同时也对管理安全提出了更高的要求。本文对OA平台下,高校实现文档数字化管理的阻力进行了梳理,并针对理念渗透不够、管理体制分离、技术支撑不足等问题提出了相应的改进措施:首先要注重宣传,更新理念;其次要统筹规划,加强协同;最后要优化技术,完善硬件;从而为高校依托OA系统,实现文档数字化管理提供保障。
The promotion and development of OA system has provided the convenience and support for the new managementmechanism of digital document management in colleges and universities,which has a positive impact on improving efficiency and optimizingthe process,and also puts forward higher requirements for management security.In this paper,the obstacles to the digital management ofcollege document under OA platform,are sorted out,and countermeasures are proposed for the problems such as lack of conceptpenetration,management system separation,lack of technical support and so on.First,focus on publicity,update ideas;second,payattention to overall planning and strengthen the coordination;finally,optimize the technology,improve the hardware;so as to ensure collegesto achieve digital management of documents relying on OA system.
