双马煤矿巷道围岩松动圈测试及支护设计优化

摘要 我国多采用锚杆支护作为控制巷道围岩变形的方法。以双马煤矿Ⅰ0104104工作面回风顺槽巷道围岩的松动圈测试为研究对象,运用超声波检测巷道围岩松动圈范围,得到时巷道顶板的松动范围1.4m,两帮的松动范围小于顶板,分别为左帮1.24m、右帮1.23m;巷道围岩属于Ⅲ类中等稳定围岩;最终确定合理的锚杆支护参数,达到优化支护效果。 Anchor bolt support is the widely used way in controlling deformation of roadway surrounding rock inChina.Using the loose zone's test of return-air crossheading roadway surrounding rock inⅠ0104104workingface of Shuangma Coal Mine as the study object,testing the range of loose zone by ultrasonic,and get the loosening range of roadway roof is1.4m,loosening range of two sides are less than roof,the left side is1.24m,theright side is1.23m;roadway surrounding rock belongs to III type moderate stable surrounding rock;finally confirms reasonable anchor bolt support parameter,and achieves optimization and support effects.
