摘要
学理意义上,"中国梦"理念折射了一种期待,可以称之为国家期待、民族期待。国家转型是一种国家期待,是实现"中国梦"的整体性路径,实际上也意味着大国崛起的过程。宏观价值导向上,必须重视国家现代化进程中法治现代化推进的重要意义。微观实践脉络上,必须重视国家能力的培养、国家治理能力的提升,以及与之紧密相关的合法性危机的克服。在国家现代化进程中,必须强调法治在国家转型中的重要作用。
From the perspective of the academic principles,the concept of“Chinese Dream”reflects a kind of expectation,which can be called the national expectation or the ethnic expectation.The national transformation which is a kind of national expectation is the integral path of realizing“Chinese Dream”and the process of the rise of a great nation.On the orientation of macroscopic value,we must attach importance to the advancement of law modernization in the process of national modernization.On the aspect of microcosmic practice,we must attach importance to the cultivation of national capacity,the improvement of national governance capacity and the overcoming of the crisis of legitimacy.In the process of national modernization,we must emphasize the role of the rule of law in national transformation.
