摘要
目的:了解丰都县居民健康素养现状及其影响因素。方法:采用多阶段随机整群抽样方法,抽取丰都县6个乡镇480名常住居民进行问卷调查。结果:丰都县居民健康素养总体水平3.96%,不同年龄和文化程度的健康素养水平差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),健康素养水平随着年龄的增加而降低,随着文化程度的增加而升高。结论:丰都县居民健康素养水平低,需进一步加强居民的健康教育和健康促进。
Objective:To understand the status of health literacy and its influencing factors among residents in Fengdu county.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among480permanent residents in6villages and towns in Fengdu,with multistage random cluster sampling method.Results:The health literacy of residents in Fengdu county was3.96%.The level of health literacy has statistically significant differences in residents with different age and education(P<0.05).The health literacy level decreased with the increase of age,increased with the increasing degree of culture.Conclusion:The health literacy level of residents in Fengdu county is low,so it is necessary to strengthen the health education and health promotion.
