摘要
目的:探讨大面积ST段抬高型急性心肌梗死(STEMI)患者行主动脉内球囊反搏术(IABP)联合血栓抽吸的效果。方法:收治STEMI患者126例,分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用血栓抽吸治疗,研究组采用血栓抽吸联合IABP治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组心功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:大面积STEMI患者行血栓抽吸联合IABP治疗的效果显著。
Objective:To explore the efficacy of intra aortic balloon pump(IABP)combined with thrombus aspiration in the treatment of large area ST segment elevation acute myocardial infarction(STEMI).Methods:126patients with IABP were selected.They were divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was treated with thrombus aspiration.The study group was treated with thrombus aspiration combined with IABP.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,the cardiac function indexes were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of IABP combined with thrombus aspiration in the treatment of STEMI was significant.
