风城油田重18区有1373口井,随开发时间增长,流体日益复杂,稠油泵出现"泵效低、检泵周期短"等问题,直井和定向井泵效小于平均泵效43.81%的井占56%,水平井泵效小于平均泵效22.88%的井占60%。
