摘要
以聚丙烯催化剂DQC-401为主催化剂、三乙基铝为助催化剂、环己基甲基二甲氧基硅烷为外给电子体,考察了PDR技术在丙烯聚合评价中的数据平行性及可重复性。结果显示,PDR技术可实现对丙烯聚合温度±1℃、聚合压力±0.5bar的有效控制,实现对各原料组分比的精准控制,进而使催化剂的聚合活性在不同批次不同反应器中具有良好的平行性及可重复性。
Propylene bulk polymerization was carried out with DQC-401catalyst as a main catalyst,tri-ethyl aluminum as an activator and cyclohexyl methyl di-methoxylsilane as an external electron donor in Product Development Reactor(PDR).The data parallelism and repeatability of the PDR technology on propylene polymerization were studied.The results show that using PDR technology can achieve perfect control on temperature(±1℃)and pressure(±0.5bar)of polymerization of propylene and precise control of the raw material composition.The polymerization activity of catalyst has good parallelism and repeatability in different batches and reactors.
