摘要
人事档案记录着相关人员的重要信息,是企业对人才进行选拔和管理的重要依据,尤其是在信息社会的背景下,需要不断地促进人事档案的现代化管理,才能够提高管理的效率。现代人事档案管理非常重要,但也存在一些问题,针对这些问题产生的原因提出了相应的解决策略。
Personnel dossier keeps a record of important information of relevant personnel.it is an important basis for the selectionand management of talents in enterprises.Especially,under the background of information society,it is necessary to constantlypromote the modern management of personnel dossiers in order to improve the efficiency of management.Therefore,this paperbriefly introduced the important role of modern personnel dossier management,and then analyzed the problems existing in the managementof modern personnel dossiers,and then put forward the corresponding solutions to the causes of these problems.
