基于末端业务融合的营销业务应用系统优化策略

摘要 针对现有营销业务应用系统末端业务流程存在岗位过于细分、职责分散、业务链条长,系统"内耗"大等问题,以"管控省级集中、业务末端融合"为重点,提出了营销业务应用系统末端业务流程优化策略。应用结果表明:该策略实现了营销信息系统全业务、全流程、全岗位的功能迭代升级和末端业务流程优化,显著提升了营销工作效率和工作质量,具有较强科学性、创新性和实用性。 Aiming at the problems such as refined classification of jobs,decentralization of functions,long service chain,large‘inner waste’of the system existing in the terminal service flow in the current marketing service application system,focus on‘provincial level centralized control,terminal service convergence’,puts forward optimization strategy of terminal service flow for marketing service application system.The application result shows that the strategy realizes the whole service flow and post function iterative upgrade and the terminal service flow optimization of marketing information system,improves the work efficiency and work quality of the marketing service,has better science,innovation and practicability.
