摘要
结合当前形势下武器装备用元器件[1]失效模式浴盆效应、长贮存寿命、破坏性物理试验等方面的需要与要求,填补了我国在国内外低等级器件生产批次规律研究的空白,对新一代武器装备如何合理识别和判断正确的生产批次进行了剖析研究,提出了低等级器件在型号研制中生产批次的表征方式和分类模型,以便在新型号中进一步的推广和应用。
Meeting the needs and requirements of Bath-tub Curve failure mode,long storage life of components and Destructive Physical Analysis of weapons and equipment under the current situation,the article fill the gaps in research in the batch rule of low level device production in the domestic and international.It also discusses how to identify and estimate the correct batches of weapons and equipment of a new generation,and how to classify these batches and their expression mode,so as to extend the modes in further application.
