摘要
高校辅导员工作开展的效果,将直接影响学生未来的发展。随着以互联网技术、数字技术、移动通信技术为核心的新媒体技术在高校工作中的广泛运用,如何正确认识新媒体,在新媒体下开展辅导工作是每一个高校辅导员需要思考的问题。从新媒体的涵义出发,分析了大学生喜欢新媒体的原因,以及阻碍高校辅导员工作实效性发挥的因素;并在此基础上提出了把握网络思想政治教育的主动权、推进辅导员工作方法的改进和创新、拓展新媒体的教育功能、拓宽新媒体辐射力度等优化策略。
The effects of college counselors work will directly affect students’future development.As the Internet and digital technique and mobile communication technology for core new media technology in university work widespread,how to correctly understand the new media is a problem for every college counselor to think about.From the perspective of college counselors’work in the new media environment,new media implication,the reason why students like new media,this paper analyzes factors to hinder college counselors’effectiveness,and puts forward optimization strategies as to grasp the initiative in the ideological and political education,to promote improvement and innovation of counselors’working method,to develop new media education function and to broaden the new media radiation strength etc.
