粉煤灰提铝残渣粒度对天然橡胶性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用湿法球磨得到不同粒径的粉煤灰提铝残渣粉体,将其作为填料添加到天然橡胶中,研究了不同粒径粉体对橡胶硫化工艺及力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着粒径的降低,硫化胶强度明显增加。当粉煤灰提铝残渣的D90粒径为2.33μm时,硫化胶的300%定伸应力、拉伸强度、扯断伸长率、硬度、DIN磨耗分别为:9.8 MPa、23.4 MPa、514%、51 HA、0.2145 cm3。 The fly ash residues after extracting aluminum with different particle size got by the hydro-ball-milling technique were used as filler to fill nature rubber.The effect of the particle size of fly ash residue on the vulcanization process and mechanical properties of nature rubber was investigated.The results indicated that the strength of the vulcanized rubber could be enhanced obviously with the decrease of the particle size.When the D90particle size was2.33μm,the tensile stress at300%,tensile strength,elongation at break,hardness and DIN abrasion of vulcanized rubber were9.8MPa,23.4MPa,514%,51HA,0.2145cm3,respectively.
